Hypo Tirol Bank AG
Die Hypo Tirol ist als regionale Universalbank in ihrem Kernmarkt Tirol tätig. Der Standort Wien ergänzt den Kernmarkt. Das Segment Firmenkunden liefert über die Historie betrachtet den stabilsten und größten Ergebnisbeitrag. Das Land Tirol hat eine 100%-ige Eigentümerschaft an der Hypo Tirol. Im 1H 2023 konnte die Bank ihr Ergebnis nach Steuern abermals auf EUR 35,9 Mio. (1H 2022: EUR 13,1 Mio.) steigern.

Als Hauptrefinanzierungsquelle am Kapitalmarkt dient das hypothekarische Covered Bond Programm. Beide Covered Bond Programme beziehen ein Moody’s Rating, wobei das öffentliche mit ‚Aaa‘ und das hypothekarische mit ‚Aa1‘ geratet wird. Die Hypo Tirol selbst wird derzeit von S&P (‚A+‘ / stabil) und Moody’s (‚Baa1‘ / positiv) bewertet. Die Hypo Tirol ist sowohl Social als auch Green Covered Bond Emittent.
