Spezialbericht | Corporate Schuldscheindarlehen 1HJ 2019
Im ersten Halbjahr 2019 haben Unternehmen rund EUR 14 Mrd. in über 80 Transaktionen in Form eines Schuldscheindarlehens begeben. Österreichische Emittenten repräsentierten dabei mit EUR 1,5 Mrd. in zehn Transaktionen rund 10% Marktanteils. Aus Osteuropa waren drei tschechische Emittenten dabei.

Die Vielfältigkeit des Schuldscheinmarktes ist weiter gestiegen. Die Veränderungen und Erneuerungen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit / Grüne Papiere und Umplatzierungen am Sekundärmarkt machen ihn lebendiger, moderner, transparenter und dadurch zugänglicher – auch für potenzielle neue Marktteilnehmer.

Wir erwarten, dass 2019 zu den emissionsstärkeren Jahren gehören wird und prognostizieren ein Schuldschein-Jahresemissionsvolumen von rund EUR 28-30 Mrd., schließen aber auch ein neues Rekordjahr nicht aus.
