Change of Silver Fixing

Effective 15th August 2014, the London Silver Market Fixing Ltd will cease administration of the London Silver Fix published on <XAGFIX=> and its related contributed pages and RICs.

As of this date, the CME Group CME.O and Thomson Reuters TRI.TO will then operate The London Silver Price. The CME Group will provide a price platform and methodology, while Thomson Reuters will be responsible for administration and governance. The new price mechanism is electronic, auction-based and auditable.

The page <XAGFIX=> will redirect clients to The London Silver Price RIC <LDNXAG=>. The redirection for the above RICs will be in place until 17th October 2014.

For this reason Erste Group shall not be liable for any legal claims or damages which may result from the unauthorized entering or reading of the Websites.

(i) It has read, understood and accepted this Information and the Disclaimer;
(ii) It informed itself about any possible legal restriction and warrants that it is not restricted or prohibited to enter the Websites according to any law applicable; and
(iii) It does not make available the contents of the Websites to any person who is not qualified by law to enter the Websites.
