Die SID Bank ist die staatliche Export- und Entwicklungsbank Sloweniens und steht zu 100% im Besitz der Republik Slowenien.

Mit rund 220 Mitarbeitern in der Gruppe und einer Bilanzsumme von rund EUR 2,7 Mrd. verdoppelte sich 2023 das Nettoergebnis auf rund EUR 15,6 Mio. Die harte Kernkapitalquote (CET-1) stieg auf 27,3%.

Die Finanzverbindlichkeiten von ca. EUR 2,2 Mrd. per Ende 2023 bestehen aus Krediten von Nicht-Banken, Banken und Anleihen/SSD, letztere mit rund EUR 742 Mio. Alle Verpflichtungen der SID Bank sind per Gesetz ausdrücklich, bedingungslos und unwiderruflich von der Republik Slowenien (A3/AA-/A) besichert.

Die SID Bank verfügt über ein Rahmenprogramm für grüne Anleihen und zählt mit ihrer ersten grünen Anleihe 2018 zu den Pionieren in der Region.
Das Rating AA- mit stabilem Ausblick durch S&P basiert auf der Einschätzung, dass die SID Bank eine entscheidende Rolle für Wirtschaftspolitik und Staat mit fast sicherer Unterstützungswahrscheinlichkeit spielt.
